2. Data we process
Visiting the website. Our hosting provider processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and operating system. Server logs are kept for at most 30 days. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact form and email. When you write to us, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address, message, optionally phone number and number of listings) to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. Legal basis is the initiation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is deleted once the enquiry is closed unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Photos and video material. To deliver our service you send us property photos. They are used solely to produce your video, transmitted to the processors named in section 4 for production and deleted after completion of the order and the revision period unless agreed otherwise. If photos show people, you are responsible for their consent.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Only a technical session value that controls whether the intro animation has already been shown is stored in the browser. It contains no personal data and is deleted when the browser is closed.
4. Recipients and third parties
Hosting: Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA, processes the access data named in section 2 and the contact form entries (Netlify Forms). Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts: Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin). Font files are loaded from Google servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Images: Unsplash, Inc., Montreal, Canada. Photographs are loaded from Unsplash servers, which transmits your IP address.
Script libraries: Cloudflare cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) and jsDelivr (Prospect One, Poland) deliver animation libraries; your IP address is transmitted to these providers.
Video production: We use AI-based image and video services from Google (Google Cloud, Vertex AI). Only the property photos and text descriptions you provide are transmitted, no personal data of the contact person.
Transfers to third countries, in particular the USA, are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
We store personal data only as long as required for the respective purpose or by statutory retention obligations. Contract and invoice data is kept in line with tax law periods.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Requests: [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
7. Security
The website is delivered exclusively over HTTPS. Transmitted data is encrypted in transit.
8. Changes
We update this policy when processing or the legal situation changes. The version published on this page applies.
